EMCOMMWEST REFUND POLICY

Room and RV space refunds are contingent upon hotel policy and are the sole responsibility of the guest. Cancellations made after check-in may be subject to an Early Departure Fee. Contact the hotel for details.

EMCOMMWEST 2010 registration, banquet, breakfast or luncheon refunds must be requested via e-mail to info@emcommwest.org or received via postal mail to PO Box 51408, Sparks, NV 89435, no later than 1200 hours (Noon), Wednesday, April 28, 2010. Refund requests received before that time will be processed within fourteen days. Refund requests received after that time cannot be accepted.

EMCOMMWEST 2010 classroom training refunds must be requested as above no later than 1200 hours (Noon), Monday, April 26, 2010.

Refunds of payments made via PayPal will be reduced by the amount of fees charged by PayPal (currently 2.9% plus $0.30 USD). All refunds will be by check drawn on US Bank (Nevada) and will be sent via First Class mail.
